Seriously, Minnie is a cheese nut! She knows when I have cheese in my hand. She comes unglued. But we aren't talking Kraft American (although she won't pass that up), we are talking $6.99/lb pesto jack, muenster, havarti, and the like. She absolutely cracks me up!

I wonder if she'll ask for some of the goat cheese I'm about to open for my Chicken Stuffed Crescents. hmmmm...
